Converting WebI variables to universe for Dashboard

Hello experts,

Instead of BIWS, I am using query browser in xcelsius dashboard connected to relational universe (unx) so that the same can be supported on mobile devices (BI 4.0). Noticed that a couple of variables that I created in WebI had to be done in the universe.

One of the variable is --> Sum[amount] ForAll ([Fiscal Yr Period])

Example...expected result is in the yellow highlighted column.

How do I acheive this in the universe? Or can this formula be done in the dashboard ? (insert in the spreadsheet option?)
