I have my dashboard on my website like this:
www.mysite.com/NameofDashboard.swf
I want it adjust size automatically when viewed on Mobile/Tablet.
1. Do you have to do it using CSS (using viewport?) but can you edit size of swf file?
2. Or is there a functionality inside Xcelsius for this purpose?

Could someone please assist how do I pass Hierarchy compound info-object in the dimension filter to the Bex query ?
In my scenario: Region info-object is compounded with country. I have created hierarchy variable in Bex on 0REGION so which is then showing up data as (Ex.: US/FL, US/GA in hierarchy format ..... ) in the dimension filter. When I run the application and try to filter...It turns Red (error).
How does design studio handles the above scenario ?

Hello All,
We have recently managed to get SAP's standard dashboards up and running within SAP B1 and have brought a copy of the SAP Crystal Dashboard Designer.
We are using the XML Data connection to connect to SAP B1 via the integration framework. We seem to be able to connect ok, it allows us to enter our credentials such as database name, user etc... and we do not get any error messages but we then don't seem to be getting anything back.
We have tried to follow the simple Top_10_BP's example but all that displays when we press preview is a blank chart after putting in our credentials etc....
Like I said we get no error messages it just displays a blank chart.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I need to create an online dashboard showing:
the monthly performance of employee (about 200 employees in total) between 2010 to 2015.
This means that my data will have 200 x 60 = 120 000 rows!!!!
Could anyone please tell me if there are any good alternatives for such requirement?

Hello All,
We are trying to setup the SAP Business Object Document viewer IView in our portal system to access the SAP BO Dashboard directly.
Currently we have completed the steps as mentioned in the below SCN Link.
But its doesn't open the dashboard in our portal screen instead it open only the empty page after few minutes of Loading icon.
Could you please help me to fix this problem.

Hi,
Our previous developer left and we're tasked with updating a dashboard. I opened the XLF file and updated the XML/Excel file and was able to pull in new XML data. In the Excel spreadsheet, it shows the updated data.
There are 2 sets of data. One is for a table of customer names. The other is the details which connects to a chart object. In the table, when you click on a customer name, chart changes to give specific details about that customer only.
I am unable to make the chart reflect data pass the 39th row. The prior spreadsheet had 39 rows of data and it seems somewhere it's hardcoded to that number. ON the chart object, I changed the General > By Series and I see the ending value is $R$39. I changed it to 282, but when I click on data pass the last row, the chart doesn't change.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

I got a new client requirement to Calculate Goal seek functionality to Achieve IRR (Initial rate of return) interest Rate where NPV (Net Present Value) =0.
What if analysis was not accepted by client where it requires dragging the progress bar component and check where NPV value =0.
Kindly help me if anybody worked on same scenario and let me know if it is possible with VBA script in dashboards.

We have a table to be displayed on Dashboard. In the table there are rows for Total Amount. We have to change the Font of Total Amount to Bold in Dashboard. How can we achieve this. For reference Dashboard table is attached wherein total amount is shown.

We have developed a Dashboard (with SPA BO Dashborads 4.2) and deployed it to a Business Objects Enterpise server (4.2).
We deployed it as a mobile dashboard and we are happily using it on an IPAD using the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile app.
Now we need to view that Dashboard from an Android Phone; so we installed the SAP Business Objects Mobile from the Android PlayStore on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone but we can't see the Dashboards deployed. We can see Web Intelligence reports only but none of the Dashboards we can actually see on the IPAD.
So, Is it possible to view SAP dashboards on an Android Smartphone? or
Does it only works with Android tablets? or
Maybe I haven't made some configuration?
Any help would be really appreciated.

I have purchased (and tried to install) Crystal Dashboard Design 2016 SP2. I received an error (when it was checking for the pre-requisites) that it couldn't find MS Excel. I had the 32 bit version of office installed - so I uninstalled the 32 bit version and installed the 64 bit version in its place. None-the-less, I still received the error (that it couldn't find MS Excel). (See attached screenshots) Any help would be appreciated.
